Mauro the Chef draws upon flavours with a profound knowledge and skill to bring to the table a delicate balance between tradition and innovative creativity. The Chef has chosen a difficult task, he loathes pre-prepared food and cooks every dish as and when requested by the customer, trusting to the tradition of freshness of each seasonal produce and above all quality.
The Chef offers a wide range of dishes, from traditional fresh pasta including ravioli (all hand made in house), to the most flavoursome meat, a range of sea food dishes, as well as mushroom and truffle based dishes when in season. The creative range of the Chef also extends to the desert trolley in a variation of combinations ready to satisfy even the most particular palette. Starting with the rustic tarts and flowing through to a kaleidoscope of forms and textures.
